We LOVE this hotel. The staff is welcoming and friendly, the decor is elegant and thoughtful, it is clean and well run, and the location is wonderful—right by Times Square. Would recommend it to anybody

Wowww what a perfect hotel! We loved this hotel so much. We stayed at the penthouse (a family of 5). The stuff was amazing, super nice and helpful. The room was beautiful, clean.
