“Lovely property!”
Lovely property in a prime location. The very competitive 2-night rate I got was exceptional (less than $200/night). Staff is delightful, rooms are very nice.

Very clean. Amazing area close to Central park and the museum. Beautiful Reno's. Staff are excellent. 10/10 no mini fridges though.

“Great Location”
The location of the Lucerne is perfect for us, as former residents of the Upper West Side. The staff members are all courteous and cheerful. Nice Matin is a wonderful restaurant.

“One night stay on the way back from a long trip...”
Room was clean and quiet, desk and maintenance staff welcoming. The door guys are helpful with a cab, the front door and the elevator. I feel I can rely on the Lucerne to be my place to be cozy and at home whenever I head back to NYC.

“Upper West side for the win”
Great location....excellent bell staff!!! They were so helpful and nice. Front desk staff not so friendly or attentive....they make you feel as though you are inconveniencing them. Rooms are fine....mattress was very worn. Room was exceptionally clean. Hotel has charm. Neighborhood is awesome. … more
