“Great”
The Concierge who helped us Kal Naim was of great help and sooo nice and patient. Was really nice to have him take care of us. And the lady who received us for check in in the evening was really soo welcoming and sweet.

“Great stay at the Palace”
We had a great stay at the Lotte Palace. Rebecca Villasenor was super helpful checking us in and out of the Towers section on the hotel.

This is a gorgeous hotel all staff very friendly and accommodating. My son brought me to NYC on a whim and booked us at the Lotte which I loved on sight.
