“Great budget option, only a short drive to the falls.”
Motel check in was quick and easy, guy behind counter was very friendly too and gave some tips for places to have breakfast. Motel is around 5 miles from the falls and it was 10 dollars per day to park by the border (May 2025). Free on site parking. Check out easy, just left the key in a safe box!… more

“Great Motel for Travelers and Sight Seers”
This motel was awesome. The staff were accommodating and friendly. The rooms were clean, mattresses were comfy. The outdoor swimming pool was clean. This family-run motel is close to restaurants, shopping, and attractions. We will definitely stay here again.

“Perfect Family Motel”
Perfect Family motel!! Clean rooms comfy beds, spacious rooms, cute pool, awesome family owners!! We got 2 rooms for less than 1/3 of the cost of other places!! 5 minute commute to Falls! Near restaurants ! We had to check in late and they were very accommodating!! Will definitely be returning!

Mom and Pop budget motel. Easy drive to Niagara Falls. Super friendly and accommodating at check-in. Remodeled and super clean rooms. One car per room and we parked right at our door.
