“Excellent customer service, clean and elegant rooms and great location”
We have stayed in Asheville a number of times, but this was the first hotel we booked that was downtown and we liked everything about the Kimpton! Check in was great - Barry was exceptional - explaining everything (including the elevators), directing us to the valet and looked us up as IHG members.… more
