“Malika from Front Desk for President!!”
Malika has great customer service. I arrived at your Charlotte hotel after an 8 hour drive and a lot of frustration. I arrived tired and cranky. “Looks kind be deceiving.”
Nice and clean outside and attractive lobby and rooms. However, the entire hotel smelled of Weed so strong it would knock you down. The water in the shower on the hottest was lukewarm at best and our bathroom door would not close. The pool was green, closed at 8 pm and had frogs in it. Would not go… more
