“Missed flight; great place to catch a little sleep”
Our first flight was late, so we missed our connection. Got our new flight for the morning, got an Uber to the hotel. Quick check in, up to the room and got five hours of sleep in a very comfortable bed. We will remember this hotel next time we are in Charlotte.

EXCELLENT stay. Booked due to flight cancellation. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Overall the hotel was very well maintained, looked brand new. Rooms were very clean, comfortable beds. “Unfortunate stay in Charlotte....”
We ended up stuck in Charlotte due to an American Airlines mechanical issue. This was the hotel we got, we will be choosing another if it ever happens again. Shuttle was on time, hubby had to call & make sure it was still running, it was small, only 8 people could fit. Check-in was ok. Room was c… more
