“Perfect short stay”
Excellent hotel! Michelle at the front desk was so kind. Room was super clean and absolutely perfect. Our airport shuttle driver was awesome, getting us to the airport on time for our very early morning flight. Thank you Embassy Suites CLT!!

“Down a Notch”
This is my 3rd stay in 5 years at this property- and it felt "off". Conference Center 1st floor- Ladies Room has LOW water pressure both in toilets and sinks, and ran out of toilet paper a few times.
