We chose to stay here after doing extensive research online. This is a nice hotel close to the Charlotte airport. The lobby is welcoming and our rooms are clean. We felt safe here. “Comfortable and Accomodating, but 3rd party parking process is a pain”
Comfortable newer hotel. Only complaint is that parking charges are not integrated with the hotel billing.
