“Amazing customer service”
Absolutely amazing customer service. My flight was cancelled and I stayed here. Robyn could not have been nicer and helpful. Travelling solo i was so nervous. But I felt safe and cared for in an unknown place. Thank you so much

“Hyatt Place- Great Staff and Hotel”
Airport wide cancellations caused us to scramble for last minute hotel accommodations. Hyatt Place was up to the challenge, accommodated 30 hotel rooms within an hour. “Clean and Comfortable”
Place is very welcoming and friendly. Clean and comfortable during my stay. Staff goes out of their way when you show up, and they are just as helpful upon your leaving.

“Keep up the good work Hyatt”
Hyatt and chase still the best match going. Solid basic accommodations that you can count on for what you get. Within 5 miles to OMB and Sugar Creek Brewing was a nice bonus.

“Decent option close to the airport”
This Hyatt offers a decent option close to the airport. There's a few restaurants within walking distance or more options within 5 mins drive. There's no pool though.
