“Check-in Experience”
My colleagues and I were in town for training, and Omar checked us in. His customer service was absolutely impeccable. You can tell he genuinely enjoys helping people, and he made our stay start on a great note.

“Would not be my first choice”
Stayed in this hotel for a conference. I saw some reviews posted several weeks before my stay that indicated that 2 of the 4 elevators were not working. As of June 12th, they were still broken. There was no fridge in my room, just the empty space where one should be. The ice machine was out of orde… more
