“AWESOME”
We just finished our overnight stay here for the second year in a row, it was amazing! The rooms are completely renovated and beautiful! The staff is very welcoming and nice! We’ll definitely be back next year!

“Great location and room, but loud”
The room was so nice with the couch and little tables. The bathroom so nice. Breakfast was good and the fitness facility was exceptional. “Good location”
We stayed here on our first night in the US. The staff are very friendly and helpful. That makes such difference to a stay. Up early and into the empty pool for a few quick lengths before breakfast. A good choice, well served at a reasonable price.

The Ritz-Carlton in Charlotte is a good hotel for what it is. Charlotte is not a very fancy town and their Ritz-Carlton is certainly one of the most luxurious hotels in the city.
