“Excellent relaxing stay”
Rooms were extremely nice, breakfast was great, but most of all every employee encountered was so pleasant and kind. Kim, even before we arrived made a special effort to meet our needs. “Clean and Quiet!!”
Clean, quiet, nice staff. Breakfast is so-so. No hot chocolate. Hot water for oatmeal was lukewarm at best. Eggs were not good. Still a good variety of biscuits, bagels and a belgian waffle maker., yogurt, etc. We had a suite with 2 king beds...loved it! I wish I could stay longer. Bathroom is smal… more

“The perfect place”
This hotel is one of the better ones in the north charlotte area. Very safe and close to food and shopping.

“Nice accommodations”
The room, corridors, and the lobby were clean. The atmosphere and staff were pleasant. Room rates are ideal/fair. Complimentary breakfast was also nice.
