“Great stay with awesome staff”
Im thru hiking the Appalachian Trail and came into Franklin. Annette F. was a literal life saver. I was not in a good mood and was not nice to Annette F. and she only responded with caring & kindness. This is a special lady this hotel should be very happy to have. I would definitely stay again.… more

My stay here was great! Annette F. At the front desk was so kind and helpful. I visited while hiking the Appalachian Trail and had to stay just a little longer than I planned for due to an injury and Annette and the staff were so sweet and accommodating!

“Comfortable room and helpful staff!”
Super helpful staff, Annette F. printed out my Smokies hiking permit and the cleaning crew giving me clean towels! They even have special towels for dirty hikers! Super comfortable queen bed and Mountain View.

“A nice stay and cozy room”
The rooms are nice and clean, beds are comfortable. The staff is friendly and available 24/7 with any help you might need. This is a good location to a lot of fast food restaurants and not too far from downtown.
