“Great surprise”
Can't say one bad thing! Everything was fine. Everyone that worked there was nice and very helpful . Will stay there again if necessary.

“Come into the town, Stay here for the visit”
Fresh with renovations, the hotel is a comfortable place to stay away from home. Strategically placed furnishings keep everything you need to be close at hand. The breakfast offering was varied. There were many other amenities that we did not explore.

“Excellent hospitality and care for customer”
Demise and Antony were absolutely amazing! They are examples of true customer service; hospitable, patient, respectful, caring and personable. Both were welcoming and made my family's stay an enjoyable experience.

“Excellent one night stay!”
We were stopping for the night on our way up to Virginia and everybody at the Holiday Inn Express West Charlotte-Gastonia took very good care of us. Demise was welcoming and quickly checked us in. “Great hotel coffee”
Coffee is freshly ground and breakfast was hot and several options. AC in the room was very cold but super loud. The water was warm but not hot in the shower. I would say it was an average stay, good place to lie you head but don’t expect everything to go as planned
