We stayed at this hotel for one night on route to our home in Florida. Despite texting the front desk hours before our arrival, there were no luggage carts available for us to transport our many bags and boxes up to our room. “Pick somewhere else”
Overall this hotel was fine. The employees were all very friendly. But this Home 2 Suites falls short of others we’ve stayed at of the same name.
