“Fantastic Staff, Very Clean Hotel”
Another fine experience at a Hampton Inn highlighted by the friendly and welcoming staff. Despite the hotel starting to show its age, it was very clean in all public areas and the rooms as well. “Customer Service Counts”
Best employees I have met in a long time, great customer service from front desk staff, Gabby! she was very educated on questions and needs i had before checking in and while staying at this location. Each employee I walked past was very friendly, and helpful.

Excellent location close to shopping and restaurants! The staff was outstanding! Kate and Kayla both made us so welcome with their wonderful smiles and great personalities. “Really DO NOT hesitate... You will be like home, even better!!!”
As always, Hampton Inn and Suites at Jacksonville NC, is the BEST hotel you can dream of when you travel. I had an absolutely wonderful stay.
