“Pleasantly surprised!”
Very clean rooms. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Close to downtown W. Jefferson. Breakfast was pretty good but the hot cinnamon buns were excellent. Only negative is our bathroom door didn’t shut all the way (room 101). Luckily it’s a good spot since it’s one of the only places to stay in the a… more

“Great Place to Stay”
The staff was very friendly and helpful. Good customer service. Room was very clean and beds comfortable. Pretty view of the mountains. Close to downtown West Jefferson. There was a problem that arose with the bill but was taken care of immediately. Would stay there again.

“Beautiful hotel conveniently located”
This was a couple stay and our room was perfect. We booked a king suite which had view of mountains from the window. “Too pricey.”
Very expensive for a Holiday Inn. The "beautiful view of the mountains" that the lady at the front desk said we had consisted of a view of McDonalds, other hotels, service station, grocery store, etc. If you looked over all that mess, you did get a view of the mountains.
