Beautiful hotel, well stocked, hot delicious breakfast, and some grab and go fruit and yogurt. However my only complaint because it was literally the only reason for renting a room the pool was “being cleaned” and we were promised it would be ready by the following day, Saturday by 3:00pm so we stayed another day to find a hand written sign in the elevator stating the pool was “out of order” or whatever. Everything else about this location was amazing. Having worked in the hotel industry before I know what I’m looking for and this place passed every test I threw at them unknowingly. The staff were all friendly and kinda helpful, we waited for two days and still never saw the person that was supposed to come help us with the WiFi for the PS5 once they returned from Walmart. Be ready to use your personal data for that otherwise. Pros Cons Clean No pool “being cleaned” for days? Quiet WiFi issues (couldn’t hook up PS5) Location Waited for someone for two days (Fri & Sat all day) to just call and give us directions to hook up the ps.

“An outstanding choice on Route 23”

This was THE nicest hotel on the Route 23 path that I have found, and in all our travels. Your facility gets excellent ratings. It was a very nice room with all the needs and wants met. This was THE nicest hotel on the Route 23 path that I have found, and in all our travels. Your facility gets excellent ratings. It was a very nice room with all the needs and wants met. Very nice nods to the history of Circleville area throughout the hotel. Housekeeping and maintenance obviously take pride in all the little details of cleanliness and making the building safe and inviting. The breakfast was well stocked, clean, and right temperature, with a very attentive staff in the breakfast area also Much appreciative of the behind the scenes staff for all those details of the stay. The idea of having to use the room key to use the elevator is a very nice safety feature. But it was finickty to use and at 1 point the one on the right just said it was out of order. The housekeeping staff person riding with us remarked like it is a frequent thing. So that problem needs addressed. I didn't find the clerks at check-in and check-out to go out of their way to make me, as the guest, to feel valued. Almost like I should've done both processes through the Hilton app and not bothered them for a human contact. Even something simple like what time is breakfast the next morning was only found on the app, not spoken to me at check-in. No "how was your stay?" Both stops at desk, the 2 clerks had someone they were talking to on the side that were more interesting it seemed. Neither clerk even thanked me for choosing to stay at the hotel, nothing personable about either clerk.Any interaction with the guest was thru a automatic generated text or email. Like in life, people cannot communicate with others without a device. That's no way to value the customer. The clerks need a refresher on how to be more attentive and welcoming to the guests IN PERSON. But the other aspects of the stay was A- plus! I will keep the Circleville Hampton Inn on my lists of very approved stays.Thank you for a good option on route 23. The behind the scenes staff's efforts were noticed and appreciated!
