“Can’t wait to come back - first time to Ohio!”
The team was amazing, going above and beyond at every turn. My room was comfortable, clean and modern with great view on the 20th floor. The biscuits and gravy at breakfast was my favorite! “Just what I needed...”
The room was very clean. The beds were comfortable. It was just what I needed for a 2-night stay for a business trip. I would book a stay in the future.

“great stay”
very friendly, offered great services. only downside was the one restaurant closes early and the bar has limited seating BUT they went out of their way to accommodate us. making sure we had a table in an area close to the bar

“Unexpected stay after leaving the Plaza”
Room was much bigger than we expected, bed was comfortable and the room was very clean. Staff was very friendly and very helpful
