Amazing staff! Everyone was so kind and helpful! This is the best hotel for its price anywhere in the Dayton area. Internet was fast, great front desk service!

“Very Satisfying Stay”

Our stay was peaceful and relaxing 😇🥰. Staff was very polite and professional. Always love staying where we can get away from the everyday hum drum of society. Room was clean and cozy. The desk clerk was so very attentive and kind. Absolutely loved her.

Basically a dumpy old 60's style motel. I was there one night to visit the US air Force museum, so it was perfectly fine. Would I take my wife? hardly

They told each they would avoid one room because it still had a "paint" smell, so they put us in a different room. They told us there was nobody on one side so it would be quiet on that side at least. We dropped off our luggage before going to our meeting and there was a musty scent when you first walk in. The room looked freshly painted but there was a bad scent and it wasn't smoke. We were OK with it, we have stayed at worse and it was 100.00. We settled down after we got back at like midnight. We just wanted a good night's rest as we had a 14+ hour drive ahead of us. My stepson used the toilet and said it barely flushed pee. He took a dump and it clogged, no toilet plunger, the water didn't turn off so it flooded and was running into the carpet. (maybe explained the smell). There wasn't enough towels to stop it so my wife threw the blanket on it to try to keep it from going into the carpet. I turned the toilet water off. I called guest services and explained and asked for another room. Fortunately they had one available. They were quick to respond and very accompanying and did not give us a hard time at all. The 2nd room the main light switch wasn't working when I went in, that's when she said sh*t and that she didn't have anything else. I told her it was fine and I was able to get the light to work. So we moved all of our stuff from the other side of the hotel in downpouring rain and got to the room. This had a different smell but wasn't as bad as the first one. This also had fresh paint so may have been that but it didn't smell like paint but wasn't as musty. The toilet worked in the 2nd room and everything else was fine there. We had breakfast in the morning. We got there a little late so wasn't much left but I had waffles which were good. My son couldn't have anything he trusted because of nut allergies, but it was ok. They were accommodating and I haven't seen the charge on my credit card yet so maybe they didn't charge me for the inconvenience. That might be my credit card being slow to post also. It was showing as a temporary charge but it dropped off. I have stayed at worse places. I give it 3 stars because the service and quick response and overall experience. We slept good and temperature was nice with the AC. I added photos of one of the rooms but I didn't get photos of the flooding. note. These were after photos of 2nd room the beds were made when we arrived.
