“Poor housekeeping”
The lady who checked me in was so welcoming, so I was expecting a great stay. When I walked into my room, there was a dirty tissue on the floor to greet me. Not a great start. “Good spot outside Cincinnati”
I’ve stayed at multiple Homewood Suites. This one was just as nice as the others. It’s always my go to hotel for my family because they have bigger rooms. All around, great hotel. It’s in a great location as well and close to many restaurants, shopping, and Cincinnati.
