I always enjoy my stay at the Hampton Inn Troy. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the staff is friendly and welcoming.

The staff top to bottom are amazing. Very helpful and kind. I travel a lot for work and this is one of the best hotels I have stayed period

“Clean but not comfortable. It's like cosmetics on an old face. Nice look but old mattresses and a worn out AC unit. Stinky rooms”
We switched rooms because of the odor. Staff was so great about it. Still it was so hot and only less smelly stay. Bed sagged in middle. No hot eggs at breakfast.
