I recently stayed at the Motel 6 North Olmsted while visiting the Cleveland, OH area with my partner. It was my first stay at a motel and, given the negative things I had heard about them, didn't know what to expect. Luckily, things went well overall. I appreciated that the room was clean, had a working refrigerator and TV set, and separate sitting area. I also liked that the motel was within walking distance of several stores and restaurants and that I didn't need a car to grab something to eat late night. Be advised, though, that Motel 6 also has limited customer services. So, if things are broken in your room or if you need help finding anything in the local area that can't be Googled, then, you may be out of luck! Or at least this was our experience when my partner and I reported a broken reading light on one side of our bed... Also, if you choose to stay here, be mindful that the rooms don't have screen doors to keep out insects and other pests. So, unless you don't mind sharing your room with the ants and the mosquitos, open the door very carefully. :) Despite these limitations, I had an overall positive experience at the Motel 6 North Olmsted and would recommend it to travelers in need of a safe, affordable place to stay in the Cleveland area.

“Nice place for solo traveler”

Left the light on for me. The room was clean, newer Motel 6 layout, and the service was prompt. I noticed a brand-new asphalt parking lot, an alert manager who seemed to be investing in repairs and updating the rooms. I stayed 2 nights, no problems whatsoever came and went as I chose to. Left the light on for me. The room was clean, newer Motel 6 layout, and the service was prompt. I noticed a brand-new asphalt parking lot, an alert manager who seemed to be investing in repairs and updating the rooms. I stayed 2 nights, no problems whatsoever came and went as I chose to. Small glitch with the wifi, but that was repaired in an hour or less. I had a hidden corner room which wasn't my preference, but it was clean and comfy so I overlooked that issue. They do take a deposit hold on a credit card, but I noticed that it was returned to me upon check out and being a non smoker.

“Very disgusted and disappointed with recent stay.”

Bobbie is ok but he does not always tell the truth. He lets his wife push him around. His wife and daughter are mean and nasty and insulting. Bobbie is ok but he does not always tell the truth. He lets his wife push him around. His wife and daughter are mean and nasty and insulting. I had my toilet overflow (flapper) at 3am after being twice already. The maintenance man is worthless. Cleaning crew states there is ALWAYS problems with this toilet in my room. The nasty wife tried to say I use to much toilet paper. ( I get one roll a day and I am gone all day long.) Have to BEG to get my room cleaned. I have had a light out-out side of my room during my whole stay (almost three weeks now). Maintenance will not fix it! Cigeratte holes in my blanket and spread. Suppose to be no smoking rooms and have come back to my room and my room is smelling of skunk pott and cigarette smoke several days. Shower floor is not clean.
