My family and I stay here often. We travel from Florida to Ardmore be near family and this is like home away from home. We typically have fantastic stays and I’m not one to write much reviews but feel this is necessary. After a long day at a funeral my husband and I needed to wind down. We went to the bar for some of the best, cold , tap beers. The bartender Penny was absolutely top notch! She was incredibly personable, polite and went out of her way to give us a fantastic experience! My only complaint would be some of The staff, particularly in the kitchen. He was incredibly rude and made us feel unwelcome. The male cook in the kitchen had a less than desirable attitude. As a guest I would expect to be treated better than what we encountered. I over heard him yelling disgustedly to the bar tender “are they going to order or not, I’m closing in 30 minutes!” We were not ordering, however had the menu because we didn’t know they offered food and just wanted to take a peek. I later asked when the kitchen closed and how long he was supposed to be there for patrons. The kitchen did close at 9 and he was supposed to take orders until then and leave by 10. Regardless, as he exited the hotel, promptly at 9pm he gave us a dirty look and said something under his breath. I also notice the front desk staff to be on their phones and one smoking what appeared to be a weed pen, trying to hide behind a wall near the front desk. We were also put in a room that obviously had dogs staying in it because the room was full of visible dog hair. Perhaps the staff needs to be addressed to make the place like it was on our other visits!

“The Hotel was OK but needs cleaning. Hidden refundable fees.”

The Ardmore Hilton Garden Inn at Ardmore OK is a newer property. The lobb Lu is clean and bright. The Ardmore Hilton Garden Inn at Ardmore OK is a newer property. The lobb Lu is clean and bright. The 4th floor hallway carpeting is very dirty with stains the entire length and especially next to guest room floors. Our room was adequately clean but there was a little mold along the bottom wall of the shower and a stain on the carpet at the foot of the bed. Also, there is a $35 refundable damage fee that is not shown in the reservation site. This was not mentioned by the front desk staff at check-in until I went back and asked after comparing our room charge to that quoted on the reservation confirmation. I was told that we’d be refunded that $35 in a few days after check out. The hotel is a popular place for families and schools participating in sports events.

“Not worth the expense when adding in the $12.50 Hilton Garden inn charged for the breakfast.”

Nice accommodation BUT the breakfast was not furnished by the hotel. The occupant either had to pay $12.50 for breakfast or find another eatery .

My mom a dad got me a room here yet again, for I am moving back to Oklahoma. I have to say the rooms was AMAZING so clean and well kept. My mom a dad got me a room here yet again, for I am moving back to Oklahoma. I have to say the rooms was AMAZING so clean and well kept. The house keeper was always so quick on the game when I needed something. Becca in the kitchen so sweet and always has the best attitude and happy to help. Casey at the front desk so sweet and helpful, Lauren one other housekeeper I didn’t catch her name was always ready to ghetto me anything I needed. My only complaint is Jessi at the front desk she is not friendly at all I’m sorry in this industry you need a better attitude and a better way of communicating with people. I guess I was a problem to her this is the second thing I have stayed an had to deal with her a she has had the same nasty behavior. I also had an issue with the over night girl she was super thin I had to come down a got a drink she was so mad I disturbed her night. I think her name was Chelsea.
