I am almost blind and my wife has a severe skin condition. We are virtually homebound, bur her brother died 200 miles from our home. We decided to risk attending the funeral and made reservations in our trusted hotel in Brloken Arrow, Towneplace Suites. When we arrived, Josephine at the front desk checked us in speedily and gave us the extra towels. The next morning, we enjoyed the excellent breakfast prepared by Flor. By this time, my wife was worsening. She developed large blisers on her plms. The kind staff at the front desk gave us bandages and tape to cover her wounds. Vanessa, the Front Office Supervisor coordinated a multiperson response team over the next several days consisting of Jospehine, Zoe, Tiffany, Izzy and Kevin. They supplied morr bandages and tape so my wife could dress her hands and ease her suffering. All of the staff were exemplary and sympathetic to our plight. On a more mundane but important note, the room was clean, as always, thanks to the highly competent housekeeping crew. The beds are comfortable. We never heard a single sound from adjoining rooms or even from the hall. We salute the management and staff of our favorite home away from home.

When we arrived, Vanessa greeted us warmly and quickly assigned us the room we requested. She got us the extra towels my wife always needs, and did so each night of our 3-day stay. She also kindly gave us a late checkout, as we were exhausted from visiting the hospital for an ill relative. Gloria made an excellent breakfast with the traditional Southern biscuits and gravy, eggs, and sausage. The room was perfect, and we never heard any sounds from anyone in the hall or adjoining rooms. We appreciated the spacious parking lot and the proximity to major arteries leading to Tulsa. This has been our "go-to" hotel for many years when we visit our family in Tulsa. We always know we can enjoy a reliable, friendly, efficient experience.

“Time After Time | Comfortable Stay”

We have stayed at Townplace Suites multiple times for business. The location is great, the rooms are clean and comfortable and the customer service has been welcome in a time when that seems to be lost. I would suggest this property to anyone making a stop in Broken Arrow OK. Gary

We had to attend two family funerals on the same day, 200 miles away. We arrived tired at 10:30 pm for a 2-day stay, At the front desk, Vanessa and Elizabeth greeted us like family, and quickly checked us into our studio room with the king bed. They brought us the extra towels we always need. After the funerals, Vanessa volunteered to bring our extra towels to our room, which was so kind. The next morning, we were still exhausted. We asked for a late checkout and Vanessa, Bless Her Heart, was able to do it. I also commend Christina, Head of the Housekeeping Service. She and her crew always provide an immaculate room with everything in its place. The entire hotel is spotless. The breakfast was the Oklahoma Favorite, biscuits and gravy, scrambled eggs and sausage and many other choices. Enjoy!
