“A Very Good Customer Service Experience”
This hotel would be decent, except that the service of Felicity, the employee at the front desk, made it excellent. Her happy demeanor made her a pleasure to work with. “nice place to stay”
Not a lot of plugs and little bottles of shampoo etc. No where nearby to eat so be prepared to drive. Front desk was friendly and helpful--and she had hot cookies! Fridge and microwave in room. Fitness center was small but had weights. Beds were good.

“Just OK”
Went with a friend to Mac for a spa day. The hotel is OK - not great. The beds were well used and not all that comfy. “Okay for one night”
Pros: Convenience and pet-friendly. Cons: Breakfast was awful, mildew smell in room, and priced too high for what they offered.
