“Stella in Valet is a Rock Star”
Beautiful hotel. Great room service food from Mother’s. Stella from Valet Services went above and beyond for our family. I went up with my daughter I law and two granddaughters (4 yrs old and 7 months) to meet while he was doing an event at the Portland Zoo. She offered to help get all our luggag… more

“Weekend in Portland Oregon!!”
Had a Great time in Portland oregon stayed at the Embassy suites downtown! Steven and the Valet crew were very busy during the Rose festival parade and weekend! They were very helpful with places to go and how to get there ! Thanks again team Great weekend 👍 🙌 🫡👏👏👏

“Just go here. Its perfect”
I hope Steven at the front of the building gets an insane raise soon. We learned so much about the hotel and the area from him in less than 5 minutes. The valet boys here are also amazing 10/10 will be staying here again.
