“Amazing Customer Service”
Absolutely amazing customer service. Melissa worked the front desk when we arrived late and was still there in the morning. I have c5 palsy after a failed spine surgery. “Great stay!”
The hotel staff was wonderful! Our room was lovely and so clean! The fitness center was by far one of the BEST my husband and I have been out of all the hotels we have stayed at! We will stay again for sure!

“Poor faucet design”
See the faucet picture - it was really designed poorly. The room thermostat was difficult to set and keep at the temperature we desired. Other than that, the hotel was OK.
