“Scariest room ever”
The worst room ever My kid was locked in room over twenty minutes due to broken door handle. The nasty bathroom was hardly useable and I am sure there was more mold unseen than seen in the entire unit. The only thing that worked right was one lamp. I will never stay here again. Great breakfast with our stay. Need to make housekeeping staff do their entire job and clean the bathrooms, not just close the door. “Needs lots of improvements”
The hotel is 2 star at best. As a Gold rewards guest I was simply in shock at the dilapidated condition. The hotel site has no sign indicating that it is a Best Western Sure Stay hotel.
