“A massive downgrade in quality.”
We have stayed at this hotel at least a dozen times in the past, but are unlikely to return after their recent remodel. “Very pleasant”
The staff was very helpful. I especially loved the convenience of coffee and tea whenever you want it. Nice atmosphere with the fireplace. Breakfast was very good with nice assortment, except there were no sausages and eggs one morning.
