“Front Desk”
Although my wife & I have not yet been able to get additional reservtion her convention. Ms. Rakhya immediately suggested being placed on the "wait list" should a room bcome available. Nobody in management offered this option. She very professional & understanding.

“Staff are exceptionally”
Stayed just for one night. I had traveled all day and the bartender the night of the USA World Cup game on 7/1 was absolutely amazing went out of his way to try and order me food as the kitchen was closing. “Nice hotel right in Philly near city hall and metro”
