“A solid option in Northeast Philly with very friendly service”
Don't expect luxury, but this large basic hotel hits all the right buttons and provides very cordial service. “System Issues for AMEX”
My main issue was they are not taking American Express for the past 2 months due to a "system issue". I was not aware of this when I checked in. My boss traveled 2 months ago and the same excuse was given. He thought it was fixed by now. How long does it take to fix that and only Amex is affected?… more
