“Front desk staff (James!) are great”
James at the front desk (sunday mornings) was unbelievably helpful! He was funny and sweet and really helped solidify the experience for me and my family! He was amazing. The hotel was great, in a good location, clean rooms and very comfortable beds.

“Never disappoints”
This Sheraton never disappoints. James at the front desk started my stay off on the right foot with his great energy getting us exactly what we needed. He made me feel seen and like I was a real VIP. Lounge was always well stocked and taken care of. Location is perfect.
