We decided on the Notary Hotel due to its location and good reviews. When checking in, Diana was very kind and also upgraded us to the suite as I'm a Titanium member. “Historic Property near the Convention Center and Reading Market...”
The hotel overall was very nice. Really love the history. Room was well appointed. But the pillows were awful. Round cylinder type pillows that were very high and they were terrible for one's neck. Bed was very hard. Towels very rough. It would be nice if there was a towel rack at the sink for one… more

“Amazing staff. Service incredible”
Location was amazing and security staff was great. Excellent service and room was clean. Unfortunately they didn’t have my disability room but they brought a shower chair right away. We were there for volleyball tournament. 3 nights. Amazing staff. Parking only valet and was very expensive.
