“Madison great employee”
Madison at the front desk did an excellent job at solving an issue. She made a decision without hesitation and without the need to contact her supervisor. Easy place to find, check in was very easy. Check in was easy and everyone was friendly. Room needs a little TLC and my only criticism is the hotel needs a TV upgrade with additional channels including steaming which most other Hampton and Hilton brands haves.
