“This place has it together.”
After staying at another Pittsburgh hotel twice this year with terrible service, I just had to circle back and give kudos to this hotel. We stayed here for a cool concert at PNC Park. I was a little take back by the price, but all the hotels in downtown Pittsburgh double their rates during events.… more

“Awful place”
Good location but not a great stay. A hostile receptionist still put me in a room directly above the freeway despite asking for elsewhere. Earplugs were required to sleep. She didn’t mind giving me a room with a broken window blind which only opens a few inches. It only took 3 requests to find out… more
