“Great stay with great staff”
I can not believe this place. We had a difficult time getting to the hotel because of the draft. I called the hotel and Alison Ziegler answered the phone. “Always a good stay”
You'll love the front desk staff here. Great breakfast. Very convenient to Acrisure, PNC Park, restaurants, casino, museums, free subway transportation to downtown areas.

“Great hotel- housekeeper needs to use more elbow grease!”

“Need to clean!”
The hotel was fine. The location was terrific. The staff was friendly. My biggest complaint was the cleanliness or lack thereof in our room. The bathroom floor looked dirty and the shower could’ve been cleaner!
