“A good stop for our family of 4”

This was just a quick one night stop on our way north and we found a very clean hotel, lovely receptionist and comfy beds!!! The breakfast was fine for a quick bite before getting back on the road. We ate dinner at the steakhouse 5 minutes away and I highly recommend it too Thank you!😊

Stayed one night as a stop on our way to Lancaster area. Perfect in every way! Room was fabulous, clean and tastefully decorated. Breakfast had a variety of choices. Hotel was situated close to all of our shopping needs. Would definitely stay here again!

Oh my, the best night's sleep! Wait, let's start from the beginning. The hostess at reception was very welcoming and pleasant. The room was first floor, right down from reception/lobby/breakfast room. So very convenient. Not only was the first person I met pleasant, but every employee was friendly, welcoming, and kind. I stayed for three nights. Strong shower pressure, hot water, and plenty of towels. My only complaint about the staff was my message to Housekeeping requesting not to service my room was not noted. While at the fitness center, then breakfast, my room was serviced. There were valuables sitting on the dresser in full view. Nothing was touched, but it felt uncomfortable to know someone had been in my room. I was staying one more night, so it wasn't necessary. Plus I had not left a tip, so I tracked down the person who serviced the room to give a tip. The first night there was a slight problem with the toilet, and they fixed it right away. Since there was a snow storm I found hanging out in the breakfast room while I ate my take away dinner and in the lobby reading was relaxing. And having complimentary apples at the front desk is a nice touch. And the bed...cozy, comfy. The kind you just sink into. I slept straight through the night. And even with cold weather outside, the room was comfortable inside. The breakfast is the usual breakfast with waffle makers, really good locally made yogurt, cerals, muffins, bagels, premade egg dishes (one was pretty good), juices. Following is not a reflection on the wonderful people who work here, as they were all great. During my stay there were three dogs staying. Two were very well behaved, and only seen once each and they never barked. Actually one, a big white dog, made me laugh as I saw him romping in the snow. But one family had a large dog that was annoying. High pitch bark at everything. Hyper. The owners allowed the dog to walk and lay on the sofa. Tried to get up on me! So very rude. If you are going to stay at a hotel with your dog, please train your dog.

“Room smelled, stains”

Room smelled - like dog or damp carpet. Normally I would complain to the front desk but 1. The front desk person was rude on check in 2. My family called me a complainer. Windows don’t open so there was not reprieve. Carpet stains, couch stains.
