“Improvement needed”
The resort itself is nice, but the customer service needs serious improvement. The staff at the water park food station were not pleasant and came across as rude. A more friendly and attentive approach would make a big difference for guests.

“Kinda ghetto”
Some very rowdy, ghetto people in water park, yelling and screaming, trying to fight another family. I saw an adult shove a young boy. No security was called. Staff came and did nothing. Extremely disappointing to watch little kids cry because adults are fighting and no one was removed.
