“Amazing property and staff”

“Fabulous!”
We have been visiting Lake George for over 40 years. We recently went there for the winter carnival and booked a room at The Fort William Henry. “Staff was excellent room needs improvement”
We stayed in the deluxe room facing, I would have given a four but not happy that the staff at 7:00 AM every morning utilizes a loud diesel 4x4 to to get from A to B. Why not use golf cart? The gutter just outside our room was leaking onto the concrete. Staff and food was excellent
