“A very poor start to our stay”
Dogs. Dogs barking wildly on the 8th Floor. Rooms smell like dogs. One of the top floors. Front DESK said nothing. No concierge on duty. No recommendations. Absolutely ZERO acknowledgement of my Lifetime Platinum Status. None. Stuck here.
