This hotel is less than a year old, so our expectations were high. They were met. The hotel still had a new smell to it and the room was very clean. The pleasant surprise we had was the friendliness of the staff, from the people at the front desk to the people who prepared and stocked the breakfast buffet and finally to the manager who checked us out. To a person, it was apparent that they were proud to work at this hotel. We’ll return to this hotel if we use that route on a future vacation.

We stayed from April 16-19th. The room was clean, the bed was very comfortable but most of all the staff went above and beyond to insure our room was comfortable and we were happy. The gym was exceptional. We used the laundry which was clean. We will definitely stay there again with no reservation… more

Good Clean room and bathroom; a/c works with a good fan speed; good WiFi; desk chair raises to a good height and has arm rests, but it tilts backwards too easily; enough sockets at the desk area. Good Clean room and bathroom; a/c works with a good fan speed; good WiFi; desk chair raises to a good height and has arm rests, but it tilts backwards too easily; enough sockets at the desk area. Breakfast is good; the only problem is the oatmeal is either too thick or way too watery. Not good One shelf/drawer unit that is just big enough for one suitcase and no luggage jack for a second suitcase; the stupid sliding barn door to cover the bathroom entry and no latch to keep the door from being opened; what happens in the bathroom does not stay in the bathroom; useless "art" on the wall next to the shower instead of a towel shelf/rod unit to store and hang towels for reuse; the towels are on a wood shelf unit on the wall over the sink area instead of being near the shower; there should be a hand towel rod on the wall by the sink to hang the hand towel to dry; the room door closer is so strong that it literally slams the door shut loudly; my wife has to use a cane and the door shuts so strongly that it came very close to knocking her down.

Pros: new, clean, easy freeway exit, no traffic noise. Friendly desk clerks and breakfast staff. Good breakfast and coffee. Great comforter on bed. plenty of parking, close to many restaurants. Cons: Thin walls—seriously thin. You can hear everything from the room next to you. I been to many Hampton Inn around the county and this hotel is not good. So please keep your voice down no laughing out loud, sneezing, coughing, singing, talking, or the staffs will knock on your door to keep it down.
