“Exceptional all around”
The service at Live Oak was fantastic. Kevin at the front desk is top notch. He remembered my name and why I was in town. “Delicious and Perfect Location”
The Live Oak in downtown Charleston is in the perfect location to allow you to enjoy the city! I really enjoy the ability to walk anywhere from there! The restaurant Terra is absolutely delicious! “New Hotel in Charleston”
Great Location - walking distance to shopping, king street, lots of restaurants and bars. The hotel is very vibey with two restaurants, Terra + Bloo. A hidden gem of Charleston, get in before it blows up!!

“Charleston Love”
We loved our visit to Charleston. The weather was great and the hotel staff were always friendly. We loved the pool area as we were the first to enjoy it when it opened. I’m already planning my return visit.
