“Great Customer Experience”
The Homewood Suites Florence, Ms. Genene provided us with absolutely amazing service. The way she provided customer service just being attentive to all guests needs shows her authentic nature. From her outgoing personality and genuineness especially in the morning, was a great way to start my day.
