“Fabulous in Florence”
This really was the nicest, most comfortable hotel I have ever stayed at. The rooms where huge . Very very clean and comfortable! “Excellent property with friendly and efficient staff”
Stopped here while traveling back to MA. from Florida. Smooth check in and kudos to Clarence for trying to help with a TV issue. Genene in the breakfast room was wonderful. She was friendly and kind, and excellent at making sure all items were fully stocked. We would definitely stay here again.

“Overall good...”
The staff was great! The room was very nice. The drain stopper in the tub was not working properly. The people in the room above us were very loud until around 1 AM. They were stomping as they walked. Anyone walking normally probably would have gone unnoticed. Breakfast was AWESOME becaues of Genen… more
