The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The checking in and out process was easy. Rooms were fresh and clean. Good location to venue. Amenities were sufficient for business.

My stay at the Staybridge Suites was absolutely awesome. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcomed and genuinely cared for. Every interaction was warm, professional, and attentive — the kind of service that stays with you long after checkout. My room was spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, making it easy to relax and feel right at home. I appreciated how quiet and peaceful it was, and everything I needed was right at my fingertips. One thing that truly stood out was the daily text messages checking in on my stay. That personal touch made me feel valued and supported throughout my visit. It’s rare to find a hotel that consistently goes above and beyond, but Staybridge Suites certainly did. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, great service, and a team that genuinely cares about your experience. I’ll definitely be returning.

Had a great stay. First time at a Staybridge. Will definately go back. Had a king bed one bedroom suite. Was very clean, loved having a separate bedroom so we weren’t on top of each other. Kitchen was nice even though we only used the fridge. Appreciated the good water pressure in the shower. Pet friendly, and the dog was happy there. Check in was easy and very friendly. Had a managers reception in the evening with make your own subs and salads, beer, wine and soda for free. Breakfast was also included. It had a very nice selection of hot and cold foods. Wasn’t far off 95. Area seems decent and not “shady”. There was many restaurants very close.

Our annual summer tradition is to stop there on the Monday around June 23rd and then July 5th. We have been doing this for 5 years and its always been perfect, but this year, things were Off on the day we arrived for both visits. On the June stop, we arrived to find the pool closed due to a “busy weekend” the day prior. We were very disappointed as part of our tradition is for my boys and their dad to have a photo in there before we go to the Social Hour and then dinner. As an IHG Rewards member, this was disappointing but we went ahead and stopped by the social before heading to dinner. As always, the staff at the Social & Breakfast were the epitomy of Southern Hospitality. ❤️ Moving on to our arrival on 7/6…..we arrive around 9PM. We were exhausted. As I approached the desk, a mother & teen daughter are standing in swimsuits, but the desk us empty. The guest tells me “they sent the staff member to get them towels and she looked upset.” After about 10 minutes, there were 3 families other than me waiting to check in and she returned. She looked shook and immediately explained she had to go find a cart of towels on another level and she was alone that night? She also shared that there were no additional towels available for anyone else. The other lady took the towels and the staff member immediately checked all of us in quickly and with grace and kindness. My husband and others asked about pool towels later and were told that guests had not returned pool towels so they were none clean. My kids and husband still went swimming, but the pool was cloudly and left them feeling grossed out. We had to then USE one of only 3 towels in the bathroom for pool use. I certainly hope this is not the beginnig of the downfall. One Staff member should never be left to manage the whole hotel!
