“Pleasantly surprised”
Last minute stopover on our roadtrip and our go-to choices were all booked. Small hotel, everything we needed and most importantly was really clean. Staff was really nice and made great suggestions about where to eat.

“fantastic staff, convenient location”
staff took great care of us. convenient to everything we needed. older and it shows in some places, but the rooms were really clean and good value compared to so many other places in the area. when we visit winthrop we'll continue to stay here

“Our one night stay was good”
We stayed one night at the Country Inn and Suites. Although our room was not a suite, it met our needs for our one night. The staff were very friendly and acommodating. The soda machine was not working, but the ice was. The breakfast was good in the morning. We would stay there again.

“Allows dogs, ok place to stay.”
Ok. Do not count on a hot breakfast as you may have had at other Country Inn and Suites. Not a good breakfast. Outside pool, closed for season, turning green. Allows pets, $25 per pet.
