“Rock solid staff”
Really enjoyed our 4 day/3 night visit to Myrtle Beach. The entire Double Tree staff were very friendly and helpful. Of particular note was Sarah at check-in. Nice hotel great for kids... a lazy the river with floats available a kids 4 pool 2 inside and an all adult pool too. water slides.. a game room that has cornhole foosball table tennis horseshoes all located right under the registration area less than 5 min. “Friendly place, watch the hidden fees”
The beach was the nicest section of Myrtle Beach so far, and that was a plus. The staff are incredibly welcoming. There are a lot of positives to this place, especially if you have kids. “Gone down hill”
The room was never stocked with towels. I had to flag down the cleaning ladies outside of other rooms to get towels almost every day. The bed was changed twice. The grounds were littered with trash. The other hotel staff were no where to be found.
