“Shannon”
Shannon was amazing at the bar. He is so friendly and helpful and brings the energy to the guests. We have been coming for 15 years, and he has been here for around 8 years. He is one of the reasons we keep coming back. I am a lifetime diamond, and he is exceptional at his job.

“Food serving observation”
Didn’t appreciate the executive chef walking out petting someone’s dog. 12:30 p.m. bar area. In his chef uniform. He was a tall white man. Food was very good but waitresses and workers didn’t have good clean habits. Rubbing nose with work gloves on serving food.

Susan Bainey was great, her customer service was amazing I would stay here again because of her understanding and willingness to help and make my stay better. Room experience was not good. Could not connect to WiFi on my computer and it took 10 minutes every morning to get hot water in my shower… more
