We were very amazed with our room and the resort. We were alittle nervous because some places doesn’t look like the pictures at all! Only problem that we had was that our air was broken in our room for majority of the stay. This made it very uncomfortable at night. We weren’t able to be moved due to there not being any more rooms available. Which was a bummer because we had already paid a lot of money for this trip.

“Large space but.....”

This condo community was listed as "Luxury" and charged accordingly but left a lot to be desired. Good points: large condo, decent kitchen that was reasonably well stocked with equipment. Large decks overlooking the marsh was a super feature. This is second row and public beach access is available… more

This condo community was listed as "Luxury" and charged accordingly but left a lot to be desired. Good points: large condo, decent kitchen that was reasonably well stocked with equipment. Large decks overlooking the marsh was a super feature. This is second row and public beach access is available diagonally across the road. BAD points: two of 8 bedrooms had no readily available bathroom, supposed to have two refrigerators but only had 1 average size (not enough for 8 or more), no rugs or carpet anywhere means sand everywhere- all the way to 3rd floor, leaking dishwasher- clear across kitchen, leaking air conditioner- clear across sidewalk that caused slime on walk and 4 falls requiring medical attention; yes, maintenance number was called repeatedly... they never responded the whole week. The pool was too small for multiple condos and had very little pavement around it for seating. Advertised were 4-5 parking spaces per condo- each one had enough for 3 small vehicles and then there were 2 community spaces. "Putting green" advertised was a child's mini golf green with felt and 5 holes. Only outside shower is at the pool, awkward for cleaning beach sand off. Unfortunately, our particular condo had older, dilapidated furniture which we are not particular about usually but the couch was really uncomfortable. We also asked for swing kings to be put together- there was no strip placed over the gap. Bottom line- if all of the " maintenance" was given some attention I'd happily pay " luxury" prices for this unit, even though the ocean was only seen as a sliver between buildings, but when you pay several thousand dollars for a week you want what is advertised, not what we got.
