“Hilton Royal Palms Vacation”
My husband and I stayed at the Hilton Royal Palms condominiums. It is a great location and we are treated exceptionally well when we visit. Artur and Daquan provide us with such a level of service that they have become significant reasons that we continue to stay there trip after trip

“The hotel was five stars”
The most amazing experience great food great drinks, great ambience. The beaches were clean. The rooms were immaculate and the staff was amazing, especially Christina Lucien

“Needs updating and better service”
Older property, needing updating. Great ocean views but rooms are musty. Phone in room was disgusting. Called Operator, no answer. Called Guest Services, no answer. “Won’t stay again”
Checkin was a nightmare - a group of 400+ conferecece attendees was checking in and I waited in line for nearly an hour. With 4 desk clerks, why wasn’t one dedicated to checking in other guests, or at the very least, pulling non-conference guests to the head of the line.
